Clearing Your Browser's Cache

The browser's cache stores the contents of all Web pages visited during a Web session. To safeguard your information and prevent others from viewing what you have entered online, clear your browser’s cache memory after exiting any site on the Web.

To clear your browser's cache, follow the instructions below for your browser type:

Internet Explorer 11 and above users:

1. Select Tools, then Internet Options.
2. Select the General tab at the top.
3. Under Browsing History, click the Delete button.
4. Check the check box next to Temporary Internet Files.
5. Click Delete.

Mozilla Firefox 45 and above users:

1. Select Tools.
2. Select Options.
3. Select the Advanced option.
4. Select the Network tab.
5. Click the Clear Now button.

Apple Safari 10 and above users:

1. Click on Tools (the gear icon), then Reset Safari.
2. Check Empty the cache and Remove all cookies, then click on Reset.

Google Chrome (most current version) users:

1. Select the Wrench icon.
2. Select History.
3. Click Edit items…
4. Click the Clear all browsing data… button.
5. Click the Clear browsing data button.
6. Click Done removing items.

Opera 42 and above and Opera Mobile users:

1. Click Menu then History.
2. Click Delete.
